In general, I do not accept other encrypted communications, and probably won't decrypt them if they are sent. Experience has shown that I am better off not accepting "secret" information from people with whom I do not have a contract. Such information seems to fall into two classifications: business plans that I'd rather steer clear of, and real nut-case stuff.
